Changing Attendance Dates as a Vendor

This article will show you how to update your days of attendance at an event, if the market allows changes from the vendor side.

Sometimes your availability to vend at a market changes after you have applied. Some markets required you to contact them directly about attendance changes, but other markets allow vendors to update their own availability in Marketspread. This article will show you how to change your market attendance availability if the market allows. 

From your vendor dashboard, click "Applications" from the left hand navigation bar, then click on the small arrow next to the event application where you need to edit your attendance. 

 

Here you will see the application you submitted to this market event. Scroll down to the date section. You will see dates you may have attended, stalls assignments for those dates and dates where your booth assignments are pending. You will only be able to change your attendance for dates where you are not yet assigned a booth. If you need to update your attendance for a date where you have a booth assignment, please contact your market manager directly. 

 

For dates where you are listed as "Accepted" or "Pending" you will see a dash next to that indication. Click on this dash to change your attendance for this date. Again, if you are assigned to a booth for the date, this dash will not be there. Once you have changed your attendance, the date show "not attending"

You can click on the "+" symbol if you wish to add this date back in to your attendance. 

The market manager will be sent a notification of your attendance change. You can see this notification in the "comments" section of the application if you scroll further down on this same page.
