Some customers start applying to book your venue and never finish. An application like that never shows up on your Events page — only submitted ones do. You can still find it in your venue's reports.

Find applications that were never finished

1. Click Reports in the left-hand menu.
2. Click Data.
3. Click Venue Signups.

Any row with incomplete in the Status column is an application a customer started and never finished. The Customer column shows their name, so you know who to follow up with.
