Marketspread provides online market management software, but does not participate in the day-to-day operations or decision-making of individual markets. If you have questions about a specific market, contact the market manager directly. There are two ways to do that, depending on whether you have already applied to the market.

Contact a market you've already applied to

1. Log in to your Marketspread account.

2. Click Applications in the left-hand menu.

3. Find the market you want to contact.

4. Click the Overview arrow on the right of it.

   

5. Click the Comments tab.

6. Type your question or message in the comment box.

7. Click Send Comment.

   

Contact a market before you apply

1. Go to the Marketspread website.

2. Click Events at the top of the page.

3. Search for the market by location or event name.

4. Click it in the results list or on the map. The market's information opens in a window over the map.

5. Click View Profile to open the market's profile page.

6. Click Contact below the market's name.

   

7. Fill in First name.

8. Fill in Last name.

9. Fill in Email address.

10. Enter your question under Questions and/or information?.

11. Check Verify you are human.

12. Click Submit.
