Festival spreads over 6 blocks- from intersection of Richmond Rd(at edge of Colonial Williamsburg's Merchant's Square & Duke of Gloucester St) to Lafayette along N. Boundary, into the 400 & 500 blocks of Prince George Street, and along Scotland Street from N. Boundary to N. Henry.
