Live Broccoli Microgreens

Mild and green - the one that goes with everything.

HOW TO USE IT
- Scattered over scrambled eggs or an omelette just before it goes out.
- Onto a pizza the moment it leaves the oven, so the heat wilts it without cooking it.
- A handful in any sandwich or wrap, where it adds freshness and then gets out of the way.

WHAT YOU GET
A covered box of fully grown microgreens, still rooted in a compostable hemp mat. It is ready the day you buy it: cut as much as you want, whenever you want, and rinse only what you cut. On a plate on the windowsill it keeps about a week.
