Thick, nutty and crunchy, sunflower is the most substantial of our four microgreens. Sturdy enough to eat by the handful, and the one that holds up in sandwiches, wraps, grain bowls and slaws.

Sold alive, rooted and still growing in a covered 3 QT container. Harvest only what you need, seconds before serving — fresh from the living tray to your plate.

Nothing is cut, washed or processed. We grow every tray from seed at our indoor Vancouver facility, year-round.

Grown with: seed, growing media, water, light and love. Nothing else.
