We are a specialty coffee roaster located in the Springfield area focusing on producing sustainably-sourced, well-roasted coffee to our consumers. We do everything possible to work directly with coffee farmers and coffee co-operatives to ensure that the people producing our single-origin green beans are well-paid and well-supported. We roast to order and focus heavily on a quality cup, carefully crafting each roast to ensure the coffee's specific flavor shines through.
