Coopercitrus Light in the Dark

One of the few exceptions we have when it comes to our usual roast profiles, this wonderful coffee from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil sings as later medium to dark roast. Especially in espresso, this coffee presents wonderful notes of walnut, caramel, and chocolate delivered with a rich, smooth creaminess.
