Keel Farms Markets and Festivals

Its that time of year again for our Annual Blueberry Festival.

Applications will be open from Feb 1st- Feb 21st. ALL Vendor approvals will be sent by Feb 28th. If approved you will receive an invoice that must be paid by March 6th. If not paid, you will be removed without notice and a vendor from the waitlist will be selected.

This festival will run every weekend of April excluding Easter Sunday.

Booth cost will be $100 per day. Vendors who are available both days will have priority.

The first Saturday will be geared towards an Easter event which will feature an Easter Egg Hunt and photos with the Easter Bunny.

Booth location will be based on the needs of the event.

Event is May 2nd  2026 10am-3pm

Booths fee is $50
Food vendors will be charged 10% of sales after the conclusion of the event
We DO NOT allow the sale of alcohol or liquor products of any kind

This will be our annual mothers day market. we are looking for gifts that are perfect for mom or just for a ladies day out.

Booth Fee $50

This event will be on Sunday may 10th from 11am-4pm.

We prohibit the sale of any tobacco or alcohol produts.

Calling all plant related vendors. We are looking to provide an experience for all plant lovers. If you have items such as plants, planters, garden items or anything else plant related please apply!

Vendor cost is $50 per booth.

Event is May 23rd from 5pm-9pm.

This is our annual Watermelon! We are looking for fun watermelon themed items. Please specify in your application if you have any items Watermelon themed.

Event is June 27th and 28th from 10am-3pm bot days

Booths are $200 for the weekend- if your invoice is not paid before the due date, your spot will be forfeited

Only vendors available both days will be selected and other vendors will be filled accordingly if more space is available. Vendors are selected by the needs of the market and are not on a first come first served basis.

Summer Bash at the Lake

America only turns 250 once so we are going to keep the good times rolling! The Osprey View, Keel Farms Wedding & Event Venue located on beautiful Lake Thonotosassa, will be hosting a summer bash at the vineyard featuring outdoor games, lake access, a vendor market, food trucks, and more! Details below:

Timeframe: 11:00am - 5:00pm

Expected Guest Count: 200 guests

Vendor Booth Rentals: $55.00 per 10x10 space before May 1st, $75.00 per 10x10 after May 1st.

Food Trucks: 10% of sales
