Description
A Portuguese custard tart (pastel de nata) is a small pastry made with a flaky, buttery crust filled with a rich egg custard. It’s baked at high heat so the top caramelizes slightly, creating those signature golden spots. The texture is crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside, often finished with a dusting of cinnamon or powdered sugar. We have flavours that we've added too, raspberry, nutella, pistashio,vegan and corn & cheese.
