With a long history dating back to the mid 1800's these little tarts will not dissapoint, a sweet & creamy custard filling with a flaky all butter puff pastry. Casa de Nata was founded in 2020 by husband and wife team Jeremiah and Stephanie, inspired by a shared love of Portuguese food, culture, and the simple pleasure of a freshly baked pastel de nata. What began as a small passion project has grown into a Vancouver bakery dedicated to bringing authentic Portuguese custard tarts to the city. Today, Jeremiah and Stephanie continue to run Casa de Nata together, combining traditional flavours with their own creative approach while keeping the pastel de nata at the heart of everything they do.
