Calendula & Chamomile grown by The Herbalist's Garden are infused in Sunflower Seed Oil with the addition of Rosehip Oil & Tamanu Oil in this Sensitive Skin face serum. Formulated specifically with eczema and psoriasis in mind, this non-comedogenic serum/moisturizer is suitable for even the most sensitive skin types. Calendula & chamomile are traditionally used by herbalists for dry skin, eczema, inflammation and to speed tissue healing. Cold-pressed sunflower seed oil has anti-itch properties, containing high concentrations of linoleic acid which contributes to wound-healing. The lipid repairing quality of sunflower oil supports the anti-inflammatory properties of calendula & chamomile. Rosehip oil is added to this potent serum for its phenol content & historical use in minimizing the appearance of scars. High in Vitamin C, rosehip oil is a skin brightener.
