The Rolling Pin Homemade Bakery is a family-run home bakery established in 2023, built from a love of baking, creativity, and nostalgic comfort desserts.

We are best known for our giant gourmet half-pound cookies, our signature item, available in 12–13 rotating flavors that change seasonally. In addition to our giant cookies, we offer mini cookie flights, soft-baked strawberry cookies, seasonal flavored bread loaves, and rotating specialty desserts. We also proudly offer authentic Puerto Rican desserts, paying homage to our Puerto Rican roots and the flavors we grew up with.

All of our products are prepared fresh in small batches from our licensed home bakery, with a strong focus on quality ingredients, consistency, and presentation. Since launching in 2023, we’ve become a familiar, community-loved vendor at local markets and festivals, known for handmade desserts, vintage charm, and bold, nostalgic flavors.
