Tip Top Canning Co

Tip Top Canning Co is a company that was created to honor my grandparents, Joe and Flo Tambuzzo. The name comes from Joe's Ybor City grocery store, "Tip Top."
The Tip Top Canning Co is also a sister company to my cousins company, the "Tambuzzo Sausage Company," that is based off of the Italian sausage recipe that Joe used at Tip Top. Joe made the best Italian sausage in Tampa and Flo always cooked the perfect pairing. So part of what Tip Top Canning Co does is to create items that pair with the meats from the Tambuzzo Sausage Co. Along with various items of jams, mustards, marinated and pickled items.
