We live and process our salsa locally in South Nampa on our property. All of our produce is purchased locally. We make red and green smoked salsa that comes in mild, medium and hot.
Alfie has made this salsa for over 20 years. After many years of people requesting this we decided to turn it into a business. We smoke most of our ingredients on a smoker. We only use fresh ingredients.
