Just BEE Açaí is a 1963 Shasta camper that has been converted into a modern food truck, with a menu that specializes in made-from-scratch açaí bowls and avocado toasts! We incorporate local ingredients whenever and wherever possible - honey, oats, bread, fruits, veggies, and herbs to name a few! We bake our own granola fresh every week, and grind our own peanut butter and almond butter in-house! Every menu item is made fresh-to-order, and therefore can be prepared to meet any dietary need/preference (gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegan, etc.)! Our goal is to bring healthy, locally-sourced, and unique offerings to the food scene of our community!

Just BEE Açaí was founded back in 2018 by myself, Emma, in Central Illinois. Upon marrying my now husband, Tony (owner and operator of another food cart - The Tony Cannoli), we decided to relocate our businesses to the Treasure Valley of Idaho. We’ve been here since April 2022. I am a special education teacher by degree, but foodie and servant at heart. Just BEE Açaí is still a family-owned and ran business, and we only have plans to keep it that way.
