I’ve been baking and managing bakeries for over 10 years in everything from high-end restaurants, to large scale production, to from scratch baked fresh daily. Flour was started on my dream for myself and my daughter to have more time together while providing the Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater area with great tasting vegan gourmet quality baked goods but keeping true to from scratch homemade fresh quality roots.
Flour is a small batch from scratch bakery focusing on sustainable gourmet quality pastries that happen to be vegan. If you remember grabbing a pastry fresh out of the oven as a kid, baked with love from your family, that’s what we want to bring you back to when you bite in. We are breaking the stigma around vegan baked goods by making them taste even better than the non-vegan alternatives. Everything is individually wrapped to eat on the go around the market or to be taken home and frozen. Any type of vegan and/or gluten free pastry special order is also available.

Hi! My name is Hope. I identify as a lot of things but mostly "mom." I'm on a mission to show my daughter dreams do come true, and freedom can be achieved at any point in life. Not just retirement.
On the days I'm not covering my kitchen counters in flour, or performing the next greatest performance of "Let It Go," you can find me playing with my dog, camping, hiking, or listening to a good podcast.
