We have taken our traditional family Spanakopita recipe and offer a classic version along with delicious and creative variations! Our product is a large triangular shaped spinach pie that is wrapped in flaky phyllo dough, with about 3/4 cup to one cup of our signature mix inside. Spinach, onion, leeks, dill, feta, etc... It sets a new standard for spanakopita and people love it!

I was born in Sarasota, Fl and my father is from a small village in Greece called Isthmia. My mother is Greek American. Growing up, I loved his spanakopita and after seeing how under represented spanakopita is in America, I was inspired to get this product out!
