Fresh Extruded Pasta

The Pasta Lab offers a rotating variety of products which change weekly and seasonally. Please visit our website or in person at a farmers market.

Each week we bring 2-3 fresh extruded pastas to the market. Varieties may inclued Bucatini, Spaghettoni, Rigatoni, Lumache, Gemelli, Fuslili, Radiatori, Paccheri, ext.

Our fresh extruded pastas are VEGAN. Each pasta is made with freshly milled locally sourced grains which may inclued, spirng and winter wheat, Spelt, Einkorn, Rye, Emmer, and organic durum flour. All of our grain and flour are sourced locally and organic when possible.
