Cappelletti - Filled Pasta

The Pasta Lab offers a rotating variety of products which change weekly and seasonally. Please visit our website or in person at a farmers market.

Our cappelletti are made with orgainic, freshly milled spirng and winter wheat, organic 00 flour, and eggs from Horse Shoe Ranch (Fredericksburg, PA). Fillings may inclued pastured meats (pork, beef, veal, lamb), salumi, prosciutto, mortadella, and local aged cheese. All of our ingreadients are sourced locally and organic when possible.
