Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery

Our NYS Craft Farm Distillery is nestled within the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. We are 5 miles from Lake George, in a quiet and relaxed setting in Springbrook Hollow, with beautiful mountain views located in Queensbury, NY. We have been distilling Spirits since December of 2014 using NYS grains, Apples and Maple Syrup to produce our spirits. We have a variety of spirits such as Vodka, Apple Moonshine, Maple Moonshine, Straight Rye Whiskey 95%, Apple Whiskey, Blended Bourbon, Barrel Blended Bourbon, Cowboy Coffee, High Rye Bourbon, Limoncello, Orangecello, Sly Fox Gin. All of our products are made with water from a natural spring on the property.
