Description
Camembert style cheese hand made from our Jersey Cows' milk. It is a soft, creamy, surface-ripened cow's milk cheese originating in Normandy in Northern France. Our Buncom in Bloom is named for the longest standing ghost town in Oregon, located a few miles from our farm. Its texture is creamy and has sweet flavors with an earthy, fresh mushroom finish. Enjoy this cheese at room temperature or slightly heated in the oven. Our favorite way to enjoy is with sweet jams and toasted baguette.
