We milk a small herd of pasture based Jersey cows and hand make artisan cheese in Southern Oregon's Applegate Valley. Our products range from fresh, soft cheeses to hard, aged cheeses and other dairy products. We rotationally graze our cows on pasture, we use holistic methods of care, and supply them with a small amount of Non-GMO grain without corn or soy during milking. We also only milk once a day to reduce the stress on our animals and bottle feed our calves for three months to ensure a healthy start in life.
