Fresh Cheese Curds

From our Wisconsin Heritage, we bring you cheddar cheese curds hand-made from our Jersey Cows' milk. These cheddar nuggets are described as squeaky cheese because they will squeak between the teeth when eaten fresh and near room temperature. Serve in Poutine over French Fries and covered in Brown gravy from our friends to the north or beer battered and deep fried as true Wisconsonites enjoy them. Enjoy as a snack for hiking or long car rides, kids also enjoy them as a quick treat. We make two different flavors: Sea Salt, Smoked Garlic!
