This brined, fresh, white cheese originating in Greece is traditionally made with goat or sheep milk. Our feta is made in small batches with our grass-fed, Jersey cows' milk. We do not skim our milk, resulting in a creamy texture and rich flavor. Use this cheese liberally on salads, pizza or traditionally in spanakopita. Stored in a brine, this cheese will keep for weeks on end.
