Aged Cheese

We hand make a variety of hard, aged cheeses. Including a Tomme Style cheese called Dutchman's Peak, named for the tallest peak near the farm that can be seen from our pastures. An Alpine style cheese we call Swisskiyou, named after the Siskiyou Mountain range the farm resides. Finally, Yale Creek Aged Cheddar, named after the creek that runs through the farm.
