Description
This fermented soft, fresh cheese originating in Southern Belgium, Northern France is made from our grass-fed, Jersey cows' milk. Our fromage blanc is made by hand in small batches. Many of the flavor ingredients are grown on our farm or locally in the Rogue Valley. Use as a dip for vegetables, on toast or crackers. It's versatile enough to be used as a sauce on pasta, burgers or steak, and on fish. Also, it makes a great cheesecake!
