V.O.W. Ice Creams

Hi Portland Farmers Markets,

Katelyn here, founder of VOW Ice Creams. We are a plant-based ice cream company in Portland, Oregon, with some of the best ice cream around. All our ice creams are made with organic ingredients, with a base of organic coconut and/or cashew milk. We are opening an ice cream pop-up shop in the spring.

We are interested in being a part of your markets to share ice cream happiness for all, and to surprise people that our ice creams contain no dairy (many are reporting they wouldn't have known). We have an ice cream cart that we will serve from, and are very familiar with Health Department regulations and HAACP. Our flow will be seamless and responsible.

We are more specifically interested in popping up as often as you have space, particularly in the warmer months May-September. We would love a bi-weekly or monthly slot in a few different markets, ideal locations being Portland State, Pioneer Courthouse, and Kenton.
