OUR FRESH PASTA
Is made daily from scratch, using top quality products such as, durum flour, soft wheat flour, and fresh eggs. Our filling pasta and flavored dough are made with very fresh vegetables, cheeses, and premium quality meats. One of our greatest prides is to avoid the use of preservatives or coloring in our handcrafted fresh pasta.

Chef Leonardo Rebollo (known by his friends as “Leo” or “El Gato”) is the head of Pasta Ilgatto
From an early age, he discovered the aromas and flavors that came from his Grandmother Irma's kitchen. These memories awakened in Chef Leo his deepest passion for HOMEMADE PASTA. He still remembers how his Grandma prepared pasta using those heavy rolling pins and her wheel cutter, putting her personal stamp on the different types of stuffed pasta she prepared.
