Local bakery specializing in over 50 flavors of amazingly creative cheesecakes. We make mini 4'' cheesecakes and large 9'' cheesecakes fit for every occasion or just your average Tuesday night! If there is a flavor you don't see listed on our menu, just ask we can create almost anything your heart desires. Our cheesecakes are NY style, thick rich and creamy!

We are a new business in the Tampa Bay Area, operated and owned by husband and wife team, Rachel and Michael Allen. Rachel is the baker and brains behind the operation, Michael assists in the taste test department and financials. Michael is from Upstate NY originally, and Rachel a Florida native, met in North East Pennsylvania while working at a local casino. Rachel stole Michaels heart with her amazing baking talents, and wound up marrying a few years later. After baking for over 8 years in Pennsylvania and New York they decided to take the business back home to Florida.
