Grass-fed/grain finished Red-Poll breed local beef. Raised all naturally on pasture with no antibiotics or hormones. Primarily grass fed throughout their life cycle, steers are fed local grains only as a supplement near the slaughter date and at times through the winter when availability of grass is limited.
