"Olio nuovo" is how Italians describe olive oil on the day it is pressed. Our olives are harvested from a single
grove of about 400 trees in northern Lazio, Italy. They are then cold-pressed and unfiltered to deliver a bold, peppery flavor – freshly captured from tree to bottle. Our mission is to connect the fresh olive oil experience of Italy, here at home in New York.
