Galley Provisions

We are a local husband and wife team who makes Brazilian cheese bread (pão de queijo.) It's a naturally gluten free bread made with local milk, eggs, and Vermont cheddar. We also use Parmesan reggiano and avocado oil. We sell the prepackaged dough that the customer bakes at home in 15min. We also sell warm baked ones for sample and sale.
