Oct. 24, 2026 - Oct. 24, 2026
On Saturday, October 24 from 3-5pm (rain date Oct 25), be a part of one of Dedham’s most beloved fall traditions — and a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business! At Trunk or Treat, children and families “trick or treat” from cars and trunks creatively decorated by local businesses and non-profits like yours. Trunker booths are for NON SELLING ONLY. New this year, there will be a designated area for approved selling vendors. If you plan on selling, you must be accepted as a SELLING VENDOR.
This free, family-friendly celebration draws thousands of visitors from Dedham and surrounding towns. Along with the decorated trunks, guests enjoy free face painting, games, music, dancing, a selfie station, and a giant inflatable — all in a festive, high-energy atmosphere.
By participating as a “trunker,” you’ll:
Reach thousands of children and adults in a single afternoon
Promote your business/organization by handing out treats, goodies, and marketing materials (plan for at least 1,500 individually wrapped treats for the kids) No Selling.
Show off your creativity by decking out your vehicle in a fun, eye-catching theme
Connect with the community, build brand visibility, and have a blast while doing it! Apply by October 12. Trunker space is limited to the first 50 applicants.
Selling vendors will be located in a separate area from the trunker booths and do not need to give away treats. You must bring your own tent, tent weights (at least 15lb per leg), table, chair and all your supplies. There is no access to electricity. We are not accepting food vendors. Only items approved by Dedham Square Circle can be sold.
