Hi, I'm Avash reaching out from Bridges Nepali Cuisine located in Winthrop MA. We have been a part of local farmers markets (Salem & Newton) for almost 7 years now and recently been part of The Natural Living expo and the Vegan Market as well. We bring you handcrafted Samosas, Rice Bowls, Stir fried Noodles (wheat and rice) and Authentic Nepali Momos.
Whether you are looking for a quick grab and go or a meal, we offer it and our menu covers a diverse range of friends and has multiple vegan and gluten free options.
I am very cautious of what I feed my kids and myself therefore while we create products our communities health and wellbeing comes before profit for us. Also many people associate South Asian Cuisine with heat and bold spices. Our cooking is very close to home style cooking, gently seasoned, balanced and approachable and we wish to instill a refreshing impression of the South Asian culinary world.
The portions we offer are 16 oz, just the right amount to satisfy your hunger and still stay light, energized and comfortable long after you eat. Hot Momos, Samosas and Rice Bowls would be a treat for the fans of your events.
Also we love sharing our craft of cooking to as many people as we can plus by vending in various locations, it allows us to meet and have conversations with people of all walks of life which is an amazing learning experience and makes our journey a lot more meaningful.
