Beef Bootlegger

dba Beef Bootlegger (Waterfront Supply Co) started as a ultra high quality beef supply business that now also cooks and serves items in a variety of events settings (pop-up, luxury apartment tenant appreciation, corporate, private parties, etc.).

For Tampa Bay Markets we'd serve pop-up style under a 10x10 tent or possibly a 10x20 footprint if an option.

We typically serve a basic and excellent tasty menu:
Wagyu hotdogs
Cheeseburgers
Ribeye slices
Beef tallow cooked truffle sweet potato & regular fries

we'd serve breakfast tacos in addition to above until noon or sold out

we have flattop grills and fry machines for equipment under branded tent, tables, etc.

We'd also sell a variety of steaks and ground beef for consumers to take home if that's permitted.

"Lifestyle beef" = grass finished local/regional family ranches
