As the founder of Falcon's Sweet Temptations, I am Yesenia Falcon, boasting 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, complemented by formal education in business administration and baking & pastry arts. Throughout my extensive career, spanning bakeries, restaurants, and pizzerias, I have prioritized adherence to food safety and regulations in Florida, earning Servsafe certifications. My passion for jam-making, ignited in 2007, has been a constant creative outlet. Following my son's health challenges in 2024,I launched this business to achieve a better work-life balance. As a family-run venture, my mother and daughters contribute their talents in handmade crafts and artwork. Our long-term vision is to open a restaurant that showcases our team's diverse skills.
