Pasture raised Duck eggs.

Our farm hosts a veritable menagerie of ducks: Welsh harlequin, Khaki Campbell, Indian Runner, Saxony and Swedish. While the flock enjoys year-round fresh water courtesy of the creek and river that run through the farm, they’re doing an important job: reducing pests like box elder and banana slugs. And providing eggs, of course! Our large duck eggs have creamy whites and huge, flavorful yolks. Along with all the bugs they can stomach (and a healthy dose of freedom), we feed our ducks non-GMO grain, with peas, barley, oats, and sunflower seeds.
