Swisskiyou Aged Alpine Style Swiss Cheese

Arcing across 100 miles, the Siskiyou Mountain Range is where we call home. Originating in the Alps region of Southern Europe, “Swiss” style cheese is typically made using unpasteurized cow milk. Our Alpine-style Swiss has sweet berry aromas, creamy texture, and nutty flavors of hazelnuts, with a piquant finish. Aged more than seven months, this cheese begins to develop a toffee flavor with a coffee bite.
