Feta

A Greek-style cheese typically made from goat or sheep milk, our feta is made from our pasture raised cows milk and tends to be more creamy than traditional feta. Served in a brine to keep the cheese moist, briny, and preserved, this cheese will last for weeks on end. Don’t be afraid of the salt in the brine, consider rinsing the cheese before use and don’t salt the rest of the dish.
