Jalapeno cashew cheese

This melt in your mouth, delicious flavour gives a similar experience to a jalapeno popper, without the deep fried part! The creaminess of the cheese cools down the heat of the jalapenos so you can really taste the flavour of them. As with all of our cheeses, if you want to grate it onto a pizza or casserole, put it in the freezer for 20 minutes before grating, and it will melt perfectly, brown up when broiled and can handle the heat of an 800 degree pizza oven without burning!
