Chipotle cashew cheese

This creamy, meltable cheese has a bold, smokey flavour with a little touch of heat at the end. it goes great on a charcuterie board and goes incredibly well with tacos or burritos. As with all of our cheeses, if you want to grate it onto a pizza or casserole, put it in the freezer for 20 minutes before grating, and it will melt perfectly, brown up when broiled and can handle the heat of an 800 degree pizza oven without burning!
