Herb and garlic cashew cheese

This creamy, melty, delicious flavour is a classic. it is and always has been our best seller, as it is a familiar flavour to most. You can use it on a bagel, or melted into a sauce, or simply have it as a crowd pleaser on a grazing board. As with all of our cheeses, if you want to grate it onto a pizza or casserole, put it in the freezer for 20 minutes before grating, and it will melt perfectly, brown up when broiled and can handle the heat of an 800 degree pizza oven without burning!
