After many many years working in the corporate environment, I found myself at a crossroads when I was unexpectedly laid off from my job. While searching for a new opportunity in the corporate world, I stumbled upon a newfound passion in the most unexpected place - my kitchen.
Exploring different avenues to occupy my time while job hunting, I delved into the world of sourdough bread baking. What started as a simple experiment quickly turned into a full-blown obsession as I discovered the joy and satisfaction that came from creating something delicious with my own two hands.
Through countless hours of practice and dedication, I honed my skills and perfected the art of sourdough baking. The kneading, the proofing, the aroma of freshly baked bread - each step in the process became a form of therapy, a source of comfort and creativity in uncertain times.
