Fresh water oysters with colorful pearls inside , These are real pearls (low quality) processed at a pearl processing factory overseas, color-treated / dyed and often off round. They are then inserted into a long dead  pearl oyster. The color of the pearl and its meaning are unique to each person. The recipient can open the oyster to reveal the pearl.then they will choose their own pearl cage pendant and chain .
