Friday nights just got better along the Greenbelt at The Boardwalk in Garden City! We’re looking for local vendors to join our Greenbelt Friday Night Market, happening Friday, June 5 - Friday, September 4, 5-9 PM.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
A lively, family-friendly market along the river.
Live music from 5-9 PM every Friday.
Opportunities to showcase artisan goods, farmers market favorites, and unique retail items.
Food trucks and onsite restaurants to complement your offerings.
VENDOR DETAILS:
Retail & Food Vendors: Non-competing items only (examples: produce, baked goods, popcorn, crafts, specialty items).
Booth Size: 10x10 ft
Rates:
10x10 Booth: $40
10x10 Booth with Power: $50
Food Trucks: 1–2 rotating trucks each Friday
REQUIRED VENDOR ITEMS / PERMITS:
Vendors pay for a 10’ x 10’ space, but may set up their display as they choose (tables, tents, or other arrangements).
If a canopy/tent is used, it must be 10’ x 10’ or smaller and each leg must have 20 lbs. of weight for safety.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, signage, and display materials.
$1,000,000 General Liability Insurance – Protects both the vendor and market.
Idaho Sellers Permit, Temporary Sellers Permit, or ST-124 Form – Required to collect sales tax legally.
Temporary Food Establishment Permit – Required for food vendors.
ADDITIONAL MARKET REQUIREMENTS:
Completed vendor application and payment in advance.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, signage, and extension cords (if needed).
Setup by 4 PM, breakdown after 9 PM.
