Greenbelt Night Market - Vendor Call!

Friday nights just got better along the Greenbelt at The Boardwalk in Garden City! We’re looking for local vendors to join our Greenbelt Friday Night Market, happening Friday, June 5 - Friday, September 4, 5-9 PM.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• A lively, family-friendly market along the river.

• Live music from 5-9 PM every Friday.

• Opportunities to showcase artisan goods, farmers market favorites, and unique retail items.

• Food trucks and onsite restaurants to complement your offerings.

VENDOR DETAILS:

• Retail & Food Vendors: Non-competing items only (examples: produce, baked goods, popcorn, crafts, specialty items).

• Booth Size: 10x10 ft

Rates:

• 10x10 Booth: $40

• 10x10 Booth with Power: $50

• Food Trucks: 1–2 rotating trucks each Friday

REQUIRED VENDOR ITEMS / PERMITS:

1. Vendors pay for a 10’ x 10’ space, but may set up their display as they choose (tables, tents, or other arrangements).

2. If a canopy/tent is used, it must be 10’ x 10’ or smaller and each leg must have 20 lbs. of weight for safety.

3. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, signage, and display materials.

4. $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance – Protects both the vendor and market.

5. Idaho Sellers Permit, Temporary Sellers Permit, or ST-124 Form – Required to collect sales tax legally.

6. Temporary Food Establishment Permit – Required for food vendors.

ADDITIONAL MARKET REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed vendor application and payment in advance.

• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, signage, and extension cords (if needed).

• Setup by 4 PM, breakdown after 9 PM.
