The Franklin Farmers Market is a beloved and very popular market in Downtown Franklin, averaging around 2,000 visitors per week and winning Indiana's Ultimate Farmers Market in 2025. Our vendors are juried by committee and only sell items that are handmade or homegrown by the vendor. We allow an excellent mix of produce and farm products, baked or prepared foods and unique handmade items. See market rules & regulations in the application process for more details, booth fees, etc.

About

The award-winning Franklin Farmers Market, presented by Discover Downtown Franklin, is located in the heart of Franklin, Indiana's historic downtown. It consists of around 100 booth spaces full of local produce and plants (in-season) as well as other homegrown and handmade items. It runs 8:00am - 12:00pm for 16 weeks, generally from early June through mid-September. Jen Weltich (pictured) is the Assistant Director for Discover Downtown Franklin (DDF), our nationally accredited Main Street program, and also serves as the Farmers Market Manager. Jayne Rhoades is the Day Manager of the market and so she (along with our wonderful volunteers) is often present at the DDF booth on market mornings.
