Christina & Todd Cochran
Todd and Christina Cochran are lifelong residents of Franklin, Indiana. Christina is a writer and photographer for Franklin Magazine, while Todd works for Cummins in Columbus. This is their first year operating Café du Bayou, a mobile food trailer, and they are committed to the full season at the Franklin Farmers Market. Looking ahead, they plan to add evening events such as Hops & Vines at the Amphitheatre along with pop-up appearances around town. Their main draw is made-from-scratch beignets served with homemade dipping sauces, with savory options like gumbo, jambalaya, and cheddar beignets seasoned with Old Bay coming soon. The push to start the business was partly inspired by the movie Chef.
