Bartonville Farmer’s Market features local farmers and artisans committed to bringing a variety of fresh, home grown and homemade products to the community. Featuring consumable items, plants, drinks, hand crafted items, flowers etc. All craft items must be handmade.
- Weekly Market March 2-Oct 26, Sundays 10-2 (Easter market will be Sat April 19th. No market Memorial Day weekend)
- Spaces are 10x10, outdoor, $25. Please indicate in comments if you would like additional spaces.
- November and December monthly special event markets are $35
- Discount applied if full season payment in made in full by March 1st.
- A permit is required ($35 for the season) from the Town of Bartonville for all vendors, regardless of product type. Application for permit is within the Marketspread application. Invoices are issued separately for the market and the town permit.
- All products are subject to review/approval and are limited to 1 per type (some variances may occur with similar but not identical products.. Once approved an invoice will be issued. Invoices are due by Wed before market day.
- Spaces are not reserved until invoice is paid.
- Pre-paid vendor fees, including future events are non-refundable unless event is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If the vendor needs to cancel, fees may be transferred to another event within the same calendar year.
- Setup is 9-10am. Vendors should be setup and ready to greet customers at 10am.
- Teardown is no sooner than 2pm, regardless of traffic flow.
- This event is outdoor. Tents are encouraged but optional. Tent weights are required, we will be on concrete and gravel.
- Electricity is not available.
- Tables, chairs, tents and any additional booth needs are the vendor's responsibility to bring, setup, and teardown
- Upon arrival, please check in with MTC Merchant Fairs, then back your car up to the booth space and drop off products then move vehicles to vendor parking before setting up.
- Refreshments are provided by MTC Merchant Fairs
- All communication is through email/Marketspread. Be sure to check junk mail and mark "not spam" as I typically reply within 2 business days to all communication.

Andrea Magers - MTC Merchant Fairs
I began canning in 2015, grew it into a salsa and jam business in 2017. Since 2019 I have been a vendor at multiple markets and fairs. In 2021 I decided to become a vendor event planner and began organizing my own craft fairs and markets. In 2024 I started a farmers market. The most important thing to me is the vendor experience. I work to implement the most important details to a vendor with each event. I am organized and present for my vendors and take pride in doing so.
